It’s no surprise that Instagram has become the go to social media platform for all things fashion. With brand such as DKNY and agency’s such as IMG scouting new faces exclusively on the medium.
This season for the second time in a row Marc Jacobs launched a social media campaign to cast his models for the forthcoming collection, as he did with the Fall/Winter 2014 campaign. This time around, his chosen legion of “fans” collaborate to bring us a colourful range of pieces for Spring/Summer 2015. Marc even took it a step further by featuring the collection in its entirety on his social media handle.
We believe this method of casting speaks volume to the abundance of fans of the brand, that anything is truly possible. Shot by legendary photographer David Sims and styled by Katie Grand, this 90’s inspired ravers dream collection is sure to hit it big.
